Family of 4 looking for a long-term rental in Cape Town this September

We're a family of 4 with 2 young kids - Ava, 3 years, and Leo 1 year.

We are relocating from London to Cape Town this September 2025.

We’re looking for a family home in Hout Bay or the Southern Suburbs (Newlands, Constantia or Bishopscourt areas).

Our ideal preference would be a 4+ bedroom, furnished house with a garden/pool that is child and pet-friendly, in a safe and secure area.
