Sea Point Wildsprout is our 3rd location and first store in the Atlantic sea board, and we could not be prouder to make it accessible to residence that side!

Wilsprout is a health-focused café and deli dedicated to nourishing our community with wholesome, honest food.

We believe in real ingredients, sustainable practices, and creating a welcoming space where healthy living is made simple and enjoyable. From our freshly prepared meals and cold-pressed juices to our curated retail selection of natural products, everything we offer is crafted with care and intention.

At our core, we stand for quality, transparency, and supporting local — always striving to make conscious eating both accessible and delicious.

Our dressings, sauces & pestos are made inhouse with extra virgin olive oil & no preservatives or artificial additives. We only use a dash of coconut oil for cooking & we do not use any refined sugar in our kitchens.

Our menu boasts and extensive selection of gluten free, sugar free, dairy free and vegan options making it a one stop shop for everyone.
