Hi, I’m Hen – a life and wellness coach. I support women navigating anxiety, fertility, motherhood, and other significant life transitions. Through lived experience, practical tools, and compassionate coaching, I’ll help you (re) connect with your calm, your confidence, and your sense of self.

About me:

My journey into women’s coaching began with the understanding that life’s struggles don’t break us: they shape us. Beneath even the hardest moments, we all have the capacity to create a path that feels more intentional, more valued, and more aligned with who we truly are. My own path has been shaped by deeply personal experiences: growing up with a mother living with bipolar disorder, navigating fertility challenges, postnatal anxiety and, most recently, relocating to a remote part of Mozambique with a young family. These chapters have deepened my empathy, strengthened my resilience, and allowed me to connect with others on a genuinely humanlevel. I believe that without life’s challenges, we can’t fully appreciate the joy, beauty, and personal growth that can follow from surmounting them.

1:1 coaching

My coaching sessions are warm, friendly and supportive and all of my work comes from the heart; I do this because I love it. Through evidence based techniques, we’ll explore what’s going on beneath the surface and gently help you identify how you want to feel everyday: what you want more of and what you want less of, so you can start living more intentionally with greater peace, energy and joy.
